Apple Cider Vinegar Immune Boosting Tonic
This Apple Cider Vinegar Immune Boosting Tonic is a simple morning picker upper that will jumpstart your metabolism, fight off harmful bacteria, regulate your blood sugar level, while easing inflammation.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice freshly squeezed preferably
- 8-10 oz Water I use warm to mildly hot water
- 2 tbsp Agave Nectar or honey if not vegan
- ¼ tsp Ground Ginger or thumb size ginger chopped or minced
- ¼ tsp Ground Turmeric or thumb size turmeric chopped or minced
- ¼ tsp Ground Cinnamon or 1 Cinammon Stick
- ⅛ tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
Instructions
- Warm the water.
- Place all ingredients in to a mug of choice. Stir into warm water until spices dissolve. It should not be thick but tea-like consistency.
- Drink when warm enough to do so all at once.
