Tropical Green Smoothie
- Food Processor/blender
- 16 oz Alkaline/Purified/Natural Spring Water
- 1 Banana frozen
- 1 cup Mango fresh/frozen
- ½ cup Pineapple fresh/frozen
- 1 cup Spinach
- 1 cup Kale
- ½ cup Rolled Oats
- 1 tbsp Ginger thumbnail size if fresh
- 2 tbspFlaxseeds/Chia/Hemp seeds ground
- 1 scoop Plant-based Protein Powder optional
- Blend: Blend high speed frozen ripe bananas, mango, pineapple, and non-dairy milk in a food processor. Then add spinach, kale, rolled oats, chia seeds, and protein powder (optional) until smooth & creamy (not runny).
- Pour: Pour out of food processor into four 8 ounces or two 16 ounces glasses.
- Serve: Serve immediately. Have fun and enjoy!
